dr. Róbert Kemper
Oral Surgeon, Oral Implantology Specialist, Periodontist, Prosthodontist, GBT Trainer
I graduated as a dentist in 1986. I spent the first ten years of my career at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Semmelweis University. In line with the practice of that time, alongside my teaching and assistant lecturer duties, I also ran a private practice twice a week.
After the political changes, an increasing number of patients placed their trust in me, and I felt that I could no longer fully balance both roles. As a result, in 1997 I founded what was then a company of only two people—the Parodont Kft.

What do you genuinely love about your work, your company, and everyday life?
We have grown into a fairly large clinic and we truly function as a team. The younger colleagues bring energy and drive, while the more experienced ones contribute their knowledge and expertise. Every patient is different, which means no two cases are ever the same.
In many cases, solving more complex problems requires us to think together and combine our expertise. Dentistry is also evolving rapidly—digitalisation is only now starting to become an integral part of everyday clinical work. There is a clear drive within the team to keep developing and improving.
This constant movement keeps us going. Because of the continuous innovations, those who truly love this profession never become bored or burnt out.
Which movie character would you step into for a day, and why?
When I was younger, I really enjoyed the Indiana Jones films. They had everything—adventure, travel, charisma, mysteries, humour, and in the end, justice always prevailed.
I also really enjoy themed amusement parks and adventure parks. I often go on the most extreme roller coasters with my sons. In those moments, I can easily imagine myself as Indiana Jones!
